$4,350 to $6,100 per acre in Northwest Kentucky

A July 26 auction of 957 acres near Stanley, Ky., along the Daviess and Henderson counties border saw cropland bring $4,350 to $6,100 per acre. The wooded/recreational tracts brought $1,500 to $2,000 per acre.

Tract 1: 266 acres with 243 acres tillable; highway frontage and Ohio River frontage; located in Henderson County; $4,350 per acre.

Tract 2: 311 acres bordering Tract 1 but in Daviess County with 214 acres cropland; highway and Ohio River frontage; $6,100 per acre.

Tract 3: A non-contiguous 49 acres in Daviess County with highway and river frontage; $6,100 per acre.

Tract 4: 202 acres in Daviess County with highway and river frontage; contiguous to Tracts 5 & 6; $6,100 per acre.

Tract 5: 33 acres of timber; road frontage; $2,000 per acre.

Tract 6: 95.5 acres of timber; road frontage; $1,500 per acre.
