A 160-acre flood irrigated farm in Custer County, Neb., sold this morning for $5,650 an acre. The ground was located about three miles northwest of Sargent. The soils carried a rating of 66.0. The farm featured 115 irrigated acres and 17 dryland cropland acres. If also has potential for pivot irrigation given the topography.
