$6,087 per acre in Northwestern Indiana

An auction Tuesday in Pulaski Co., Ind., saw 308 acres bring $6,087 per acre. The farm, located 5 miles west of Winamac, offered about 286.5 tillable acres, including 23.5 acres enrolled in CRP through September 2024 at $5,275 per year. The soils offered a corn PI of 120.9. It also featured a 2.5-acre grain bin site and 9 acres of woods.

The farm was offered as five tracts, but sold as a single property.
