Oct. 7 saw 320 acre in Boone County, Nebr., sell for $8,200 an acre. The ground was located southeast of Cedar Rapids and was offered in two tracts but purchased as a sinble unit. The offering featured a total of 311 tillable acres which were under center pivot irrigation. The sale included the two center pivots with the tenant owning the power unit. The SRPG rating was about 61.5.
